Sullivans' Free Freight Policy: Free ground freight is offered to qualifying customers on all orders that are shipping to a destination within the continental United States. To qualify for free ground freight, an individual order must be $595 or above or your total purchases from Sullivans for the previous year must have been $20,000 or above.*

Next Day and Second Day delivery are available at an extra charge. All freight charges are based on FOB Hanson Massachusetts, Bessemer Alabama, Reno Nevada, and Flower Mound Texas. Any account that is 60 days or more past due is ineligible to receive free freight.

* Except for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and all U.S. Territories outside of the continental United States. Qualified shipments to these destinations will receive 75% free freight. All orders of $50.00 or less to any destination are ineligible for free freight.

Sullivans' General Return Policy: No goods are to be returned without an RGA#, which must be marked on the outside of all packages. RGA#šs are conditional only. The issuance of an RGA# does not automatically assure that a credit will be issued or that an exchange will be made. Close-out and/or other sale items may not be returned.

Sullivans reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on all non-defective returns. Call tags will only be issued on defective goods or shipping errors. Unless allowed in accordance with the stated guidelines of a special program or promotion, non-defective goods cannot be returned after 30 days from the date of purchase. Claims of damaged goods, shortages, overages, and any discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of shipment to be considered for an adjustment.

Sullivans' Pricing Policy: All pricing is subject to change without notice. Sales of most products distributed by Sullivans, Inc. are governed by MAP policies. Please ask your Sullivans sales representative for copies of all MAP policies.

Sullivans Open Account Policy: Open account status may be applied for by submitting a completed credit application. Please allow one to two weeks processing time.
